Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you provide our check-in staff with an email confirmation of your booking, your contact information for contact tracing purposes, as well as government-issued photo ID for all members of your party. In addition, all party members will have their temperature taken using a no-touch thermometer and golfers will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. In the event that you or any of your guests are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or had contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, we reserve the right to decline entry into the event with a refund.
We are taking industry-leading health precautions to ensure your health and safety. From the design of our course to our sanitization protocols, we take the utmost care in providing you with a safe and fun mini golf experience. Our staff will thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, food & drink service areas, putters, and golf balls. We will also have PPE available for guests and staff, and hand sanitizer stations on-site at the entrance, front desk, bar, and exit.
All guests of The Smooth Putt event shall comply with and agree to the rules and terms of participation linked here: Event Waiver
Must be legal drinking age in the province where the event is hosted in order to attend. No minors will be admitted.
All tickets include one round of 9-holes of mini golf and a 1oz GREY GOOSE® VODKA Soda cocktail. The Smooth Putt reserves the right to change the cocktail variation (including size and ingredients) based on the regulations of the city and province of the venue. Select non-alcoholic beverages will also be available on-site for purchase. Light snacks will be provided to all guests. An additional GREY GOOSE® VODKA Soda cocktail may be available for purchase. All alcohol sales must be purchased prior to beginning the 4th hole.
All guests will be required to sign-in upon arrival at The Smooth Putt venue, and provide a government-issued photo ID evidencing they are of legal drinking age. In line with local COVID-19 guidelines, all guests will be asked to provide their contact details for contact tracing purposes, complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire, and have their temperature checked upon arrival. Anyone exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are showing COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival at the Smooth Putt venue and anyone who has had close contact with a person who has COVID-19 will be asked to return home and monitor their health. We will adhere to all applicable public health and safety guidelines outlined by the governing body within each province and municipality where The Smooth Putt venue will be held.
The Smooth Putt Presented by GREY GOOSE® VODKA is a cashless event. Any “walk-in” guests will be able to purchase their ticket for entry and, where applicable, guests will be able to purchase an additional 1oz GREY GOOSE® VODKA Soda cocktail via credit or debit card.
Ticket purchasers will be contacted via email in the event of cancellation or delays. A full refund will be provided if the event is not able to take place or modifications to tee times are required due to provincial, city or venue location guidelines or restrictions due to COVID-19, if rain or other inclement weather prevents play, or if you or any of your guests are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. We reserve the right to decline entry into the event with a refund.
We will adhere to all local government rules and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated by our trained staff.
During your visit, we kindly ask that you follow all rules of play of The Smooth Putt, all rules applicable to attendance at The Smooth Putt venue, and all applicable COVID-19 policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. For the comfort and safety of all guests, our staff reserves the right to remove any players whose behaviour is deemed disruptive to general play or in violation of any of our COVID-19 safety policies.
Guest Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A tee time confirmation email will be sent at the time of purchase. Cancellations for full refund, excluding transaction and processing fees, can be made up to 24 hours after original ticket purchase by emailing support@greygoosesmoothputt.ca. Tickets will not be refunded if you miss your scheduled tee time or cancel after the 24 hour purchase period.
Rain Check/Refund Policy:
We consider inclement weather to be a part of the game of mini golf, however, if you are forced to abandon your round due to heavy consistent rain, lightning, course flooding, or if the mini golf course is deemed unplayable by The Smooth Putt staff or location, we will gladly issue a refund under the following guidelines once signed in:
The Smooth Putt will not issue rain checks or refunds due to the threat of poor weather or light showers.
